Challenge

KraftMaid wanted to increase consumer engagement and positive sentiment on its owned social media properties.

Insight

Through social listening and learnings acquired through research, hfa identified how to successfully leverage social properties to best engage with homeowners throughout their shopper journey. We also identified social spaces that homeowners were visiting where KraftMaid had no presence.

Solution

hfa developed key themes designed to inspire, educate and build consumer confidence, which serve as the foundation for developing and sharing engaging content throughout the consumer journey. hfa also created KraftMaid profiles on additional social platforms to help reach and engage a previously untapped group of users.
