AKRON, Ohio (Nov. 14, 2016) — Today Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates, Inc. (hfa), a leading advertising agency, was named one of Ad Age’s 2016 Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media in the U.S. by Advertising Age for the second consecutive year. Companies were chosen based on criteria such as workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and the employee experience.
hfa is proud to be the only Ohio agency to make the list and rank 32 on a list of 50 winners nationwide. Ad Age received hundreds of submissions, as any advertising agency, ad-tech firm or media company with more than 15 full-time employees in the U.S. was eligible.

The 2016 Best Places to Work list is a joint effort of Ad Age and Best Companies Group. Companies from across the United States participated in the two-part survey process to determine Ad Age’s Best Places to Work. The first garnered information about employer’s offerings and the second was an employee survey to measure the workplace experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
