AKRON, Ohio (April 15, 2013) — Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc. (hfa), a full-service marketing and communications firm, earned a spot in BtoB magazine's prestigious 2013 list of Top Agencies special report. That makes it the sixth year in a row for the agency!
hfa is the largest Northeast Ohio-based agency (Cleveland/Akron/Canton) and second-largest Ohio agency on BtoB's 2013 report. The magazine selected agencies based on criteria such as new clients, new campaigns, innovative work, results, awards and business growth.

For Goodyear's Rewards Plus program, an online dealer incentive tool with training elements, hfa redesigned and streamlined the website. Since the site's relaunch, total visits, unique and repeat visitors, average time spent on the site and page views have all substantially risen with double-digit percent increases.
For KraftMaid Cabinetry, hfa supported the largest product launch in the company's history, targeting kitchen and bath designers. hfa created an integrated launch kit supported by an email campaign and online landing page. The audience via surveys indicated overwhelming satisfaction with the campaign, which introduced these decision makers to hundreds of new products and ultimately led to increased sales.
For Simonton Windows, hfa developed the Simonton ProNetwork™, a web-based portal for contractors and dealers that provides training tools and resources, marketing support and an incentive program. hfa supported the ProNetwork with much content - ranging from articles, educational materials and e-communications - and promotional marketing materials, which included direct mail and much more. The ProNetwork's overall membership enrollment surpassed the initial goal by nearly 20 percent.
